I’m Nazar Pekhotin, a Washington real estate broker helping buyers, sellers, and investors move through homes, rentals, and next-step properties with honesty and clear communication.
I came into real estate by faith—setting aside a bachelor’s path so I could build work that supports humanitarian and ministerial life, not just a career. That does not change who I serve. It changes how I show up: tell the truth, do the homework, and treat people as more than a closing.
First-time buyers, families, veterans, and investors across King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties are welcome. Every transaction gets the same standard: honest numbers, a patient process, and service that honors both the people in it and the responsibility of the work.
